Most schools have a refund deadline policy based on how many weeks into the school semester a student stops out. I believe when I went to college, you could get a partial refund up until 4 weeks. After that, no refunds were allowed. You should check with the school regarding their policy. It is very likely you and/or your child signed something to this effect. These agreements are based on contract law, so the terms of the document will usually prevail.
